The consultation fee is £400. This fee includes the following:

• Comprehensive history from patient and family/friend

• Detailed mental health assessments, including cognitive assessments

• Interpretation of blood tests and imaging results

• Formulation, diagnosis and management plans

• Advice and signposting

• First prescription if indicated

• Letter of assessment plus a copy for GP if needed

If indicated, additional costs may be incurred for:

• Occupational Therapy assessments

• Psychology assessments

• Community Mental Health Nurse assessments

• Additional blood tests or additional brain scans

• Home visits
